How long is data retained?

Completed verifications are retained on the LEM EU servers for 7 days, so ensure you download any reports or data packs (containing reports and the original images supplied by your end-users for verification purposes) within 7 days.

Pending verifications (i.e waiting for completion by the end-user/recipient) will be stored on the LEM EU severs for 30 days (this data includes email address or mobile number).
