Document expiry

All identity documents will have an expiry date.  If the submitted document has expired the system will refer the verifiation. Your compliance department will have a process in place for expired documents and how to handle them.

Documents are also refered if they are due ot expire within 6 months. This check can be disabled by changing the verificaiton settings from within your account under Accounts Settings > Verification Settings
